Co-Founder & CEO

Natan Bogin is an international media executive and former CAA agent with deep experience across Hollywood, the Gulf, and Africa. At Creative Artists Agency, he advised A-list talent, global media financiers, and government partners while developing the agency’s presence in emerging markets such as Nigeria, Indonesia, and Saudi Arabia. His work spans major films including Ferrari, 1917, The 355, and Capernaum.

As Co-Founder & CEO of Globa 3, he leads international strategy across FDI frameworks, studio and infrastructure development, media ventures, and global production — positioning Globa 3 at the centre of the new creative economy.

Stephen Strachan

CO-FOUNDER

Stephen Strachan is an award-winning producer and media executive with 14+ years of experience across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, Kuwait, and Africa. He established and ran Film AlUla, facilitating major U.S. features (Kandahar, Cherry) and building foundational production infrastructure including rebates, incentives, permitting systems, and studio development. He previously relaunched the Doha Film Institute’s training division and produced acclaimed films such as Scales and How I Got There, with festival selections in Venice, London, Singapore, Red Sea, and Cannes.

At Globa 3, Stephen leads production strategy, regional partnerships, and venture execution across the Gulf and Africa.
