Project Overview
We serve as senior project lead consultants for Chocolate City Group (CCG), one of Africa’s leading media companies encompassing Chocolate City Music, Bean Creative Agency, and Replete Music Publishing. CCG is expanding into the film and television sectors with Globa 3 providing high-level strategic advisory to shape its next phase of growth across multiple creative-industry ventures.
Our mandate includes structuring a Public–Private Partnership—already announced—between Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Culture, Arts, Tourism & Creative Economy, the Nigerian Film Corporation, and CCG to administer and transform the Lagos campus of the National Film Institute. Globa 3 is also supporting the design and build of a best-in-class recording and post-production hub supported by Netflix that will serve as a national centre of excellence.
Key outcomes
Our work is focused on building a strategic roadmap and designing targeted interventions that accelerate the growth of Nigeria’s creative economy and the wider African creative landscape. We align closely with government priorities to strengthen national capacity, attract global industry partners, and position Nigeria as a leading continental hub for content creation, production innovation, and talent development across the creative sectors.
