Studio & Production Infrastructure

Saudi Government Studio Infrastructure Mandate

A Saudi Arabian government giga-project is developing the first phase of a world-class film and television studio complex as part of the Kingdom's broader national entertainment agenda. The initiative is designed to position the country as a destination for high-end international production, with self-contained studio clusters supported by workshops, filming backlots, and production accommodation.

Globa 3 provided peer-to-peer review of companies engaged in designing and constructing the studio complex. This included assessing studio designs, operational systems, and technical submissions to ensure alignment with regional market realities and international industry standards. Globa 3 also contributed to the project's business plan and long-term strategic roadmap, supporting a model designed to be commercially viable, scalable, and future-focused.

The work informed a business model tailored to Gulf production workflows, strengthened the authority's evaluation of contractors, and helped align the strategic framework with global studio standards.
