Stephen Strachan is a producer and writer with operating experience across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar. As Film Commissioner for Film AlUla at the Royal Commission for AlUla, he was involved in developing the production infrastructure, incentives, permitting, film-specific accommodation, and studio facilities that attracted and supported major international productions in the region. He brings this operational depth directly to how Globa 3 Studios supports productions on the ground.
